ow to reset / format (wipe) blackberry

to reset / wipe blackberry os

OS 4

Go to options
General settings
Press the menu BB
Select Wipe Handheld
There is a choice "wipe include 3rd party" choose to wipe all the applications installed.
Type the word "blackberry" to confirm handheld wipe

Go to Options
Security Options
Security Wipe
There are 3 options. check "to reset 1. emails, contacts, etc. 2 applications that are installed and final selection of data" that the memory card
